Sunday Indoor Skills & Scrimmages 2023

Want to get significantly faster with your stick skills?!  Indoor field hockey will help!  Indoor hockey is a variation of outdoor hockey played on a hard court surface in a 6v6 format.  The rules are similar to traditional field hockey with some slight differences.  Come see what indoor hockey is all about this winter!  Open to players in grades 8-12 of all playing abilities!  No indoor experience required!  
Training will consist of 45 minutes of skill development followed by 6v6 scrimmages.

Practices:

All held at Superdome Sports in Fair Lawn, NJ  on SportsCourt. All field players will need an indoor field hockey stick, indoor gloves, sneakers/court shoes (no turfs or cleats allowed) , 2 mouthguards.  Goalies can use their regular goalie gear, sneakers/court shoes.

Open to: Players in grades 8-12 of all abilities.  No previous indoor experience required!
